Car Rental Terms
Main terms of the lease
Minimum age: 23 — 25 — 30 years depending on the car
model.
Driver's license: has been in for at least a year for
the category «City cars» and a minimum of 2 years for other categories.
Rally: the rental price includes 250 kilometers per day. Extra km depending on the vehicle model.
Minimum rental period: 1 day = 24 hours. Starting
with 3 additional hours there next rental day.
Gas \ Diesel: extra charge.
Credit cards: 1 or 2 depending on the type and model
of the car. Visa, Mastercard Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club.
Insurance: The rental price includes unlimited
liability insurance contract to third parties, as well as insurance to limit
liability for damage to or theft of the car. Full deposit, the amount of which
depends on the car model, may be reduced by additional insurance. Rental car company reserves the right to refuse to decrease the amount of the full
deposit. In the case of credit cards issued in Russia, the Russian banks block
the amount for a month or more, even if the cancellation was made by the car
rental companies be put off by phone or in writing.
Tariffs for rent: are subject to change without
notice.
Car Selection: confirmation of the car rental price
(price per day, the cost of delivery and return of the vehicle, additional
options, additional kilometers, deductible) and providing all necessary
information about the car (type gearbox, car year of manufacture, options,
number of seats, fuel type, body color and interior (for exclusive models
only)).
To book a car you must provide the following
information:

a completed application form with the indication of credit (s) card (s); passport data; place and date of birth; number, date and
place of issuance of the driving license;

permanent address of residence and business address;
contact information in the country of renting a car (for example, the hotel
name); mobile phone number for emergency communications,
-
form of payment of rent,
-
the desired model of the car,
-
date \ Time \ taking place \ car delivery (if the capture
and delivery of the car is made at the airport, the flight data)
-
do you want to reduce the amount of the full deposit with an additional insurance (subject to obtaining permission to do so by the rental
car company).

additional options: ski rack (for reservations in the
winter), GPS, and for some countries, child seat, additional driver etc.
Penal sanctions.
The following are general sanctions applied in case of
cancellation of booking a car. Sanctions may vary depending on the rental
period, so please specify this information when you make your order.
a) All vehicles, which provides for payment
of delivery (except for deliveries to the airports of Geneva, Zurich, Paris,
Nice), the following penalties apply:

3 days before the rent: no penalties;

From 72 to 24 hours: 50% of the 3 days of the rental
car;

Less than 24 hours: 100% of the cost, a minimum of 3 day
rental;

In case of absence or after leaving the car to a place to rent: the full amount of the proposed lease and payment delivery;

In case of a late change of date to rent (within 24 hours)
or after delivery of the vehicle, the amount of the lease payment will be
calculated from the date contemplated by the original booking.
b) In case of cancellation booking form category «city cars» less than 24 hours will be charged at the rate of delivery
of payment to the car rental taking place.
