Boca Chica
The resort is located 30 km from Santo Domingo and 12 km
from Las Americas Airport.
Beaches: The local beach is considered to be one of
the best in the country. It is protected by a coral reef lagoon, the depth of which does not exceed one and a half meters, and white fine as flour, sand.
Tours: Island of Saona and Catalina, San Pedro de Macorís — the famous «baseball» town of Santo Domingo, Bin-Boom Beach — meeting
with vivid underwater life on the coast of Bavaro, «jeep safari», white-water
rafting.
Entertainments: Although the lagoon is shallow, here are engaged in windsurfing, water skiing, diving, sailing. It is possible to play tennis and horse riding. Local water club organizes every year in April,
the international competitions on fishing.
